The tube ice produced by the tube ice machine has gradually replaced ice cubes in bars and other commercial ice because of its unique shape and non-melting characteristics.
This overview analyzes the working principle of tube ice maker machine from the basic structure of the tube ice machines. Understanding these working principles plays an important role in optimizing tube ice production.
Ice Tube Maker Machine Structure
Tube ice machines usually consist of three systems:
Refrigeration system: includes key components such as compressor, condenser, expansion valve and evaporator.
Water circulation system: includes water pump, water tank, water pipe and nozzle, etc.
Control system: electric box, control box, etc.
Working Principle Of Ice Tube Maker Machine
- First, the compressor compresses the low-temperature refrigerant liquid into gas and sends it to the condenser
- In the condenser, the refrigerant gas releases heat through heat dissipation and becomes a high-pressure liquid
- After passing through the expansion valve, part of the refrigerant evaporates into a gas-liquid mixture and enters the evaporator
- In the evaporator, it absorbs the heat of the surrounding water and evaporates further. The water enters the tube wall through the nozzle and forms a thin water film. When it contacts the low-temperature tube wall, it quickly cools and turns into an ice layer.
- Finally, the ice layer gradually thickens, the tube ice falls off the tube wall and is discharged from the ice outlet to complete an ice making cycle and enter the next ice making cycle.
How To Operate Pecold Tube Ice Machine?
- Real-time monitoring and adjustment of refrigeration system operation, stable operation
- Control water circulation to ensure consistent tube ice size
- Automated operation, saving manpower and improving efficiency
